Apicidin C

Apicidin C (Compound 5a) is a cyclic tetrapeptide. Apicidin C has an antiprotozoal and antimalarial activity against Eimeria tenella (IC₅₀: 6 nM) by reversibly inhibiting HDAC acyivity. Apicidin C can be used for malaria infections research.
