Biological Activity: Dehydroherbarin is a selective inhibitor targeting HSP90α with blood-brain barrier penetration. Dehydroherbarin interferes with key pathways of tumor cell survival by binding to HSP90α, while exerting moderate antibacterial and anti-hepatitis A virus activities and inhibiting tumor cell migration.
