Mannose-PEG1000-Biotin
Mannose-PEG1000-Biotin is a conjugate composed of mannose, PEG chains, and biotin. Mannose-PEG-Biotin combines the targeting recognition ability of mannose with the high affinity of biotin to bind avidin/link avidin, and is used for applications such as constructing targeted drug delivery systems and nanoparticle modification.

Biological Activity
The structure of Mannose-PEG-Biotin contains three key parts that work synergistically:
Mannose: As a targeting navigator, it can specifically recognize and bind to mannose receptors on the cell surface.
PEG chain: As a hydrophilic spacer arm, it forms a hydration layer on the particle surface, reducing non-specific adsorption and immune system recognition and clearance, thus prolonging the carrier's circulation time in vivo.
Biotin: Located at the end of the PEG chain, it is the reaction interface and has a high non-covalent affinity for avidin or streptavidin, widely used in signal amplification and molecular capture.
