Myosin I-IN-1
Myosin I-IN-1 is an Antifungal agent and Myosin I inhibitor with a Kd of 0.14 μM for FgMyoI. Myosin I-IN-1 inhibits mycelial growth, sporulation, spore germination, and Deoxynivalenol (HY-N6684) biosynthesis. Myosin I-IN-1 disrupts cell wall and cell membrane integrity and induces hyphal morphological changes. Myosin I-IN-1 exhibits broad-spectrum antifungal activity against plant pathogenic fungi. Myosin I-IN-1 shows protective efficacy against Fusarium head blight in wheat and maize. Myosin I-IN-1 can be used for research on Fusarium head blight.

Myosin I-IN-1 (Compound II-2) (0.2-1.0 mg/L; 2-4 days) shows potent in vitro antifungal activity against F. graminearum mycelial growth[1].
Myosin I-IN-1 (2.5 μM; 30 min) effectively inhibits the ATPase activity of FgMyoI[1].
Myosin I-IN-1 (0.0039-0.5 mg/L; 3 days) is a highly potent inhibitor of F. graminearum mycelial growth, with an EC50 of 0.0077 mg/L[1].
Myosin I-IN-1 (1.0 μM) inhibits the ATPase activity of wild-type FgMyoI, with mutations in the binding pocket reducing its inhibitory activity[1].
