Neuraminidase-IN-13 

Neuraminidase-IN-13 (Compound 10) is a neuraminidase inhibitor with antiviral activity and low cytotoxicity. Neuraminidase-IN-13 significantly inhibits NDV infection of Vero cells by preventing the release of viral particles from infected cells^[1]. Neuraminidase-IN-13 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.

Neuraminidase-IN-13 inhibits plaque formation in NDV La Sota strain with an IC₅₀ value of 0.06 μM^[1].
Neuraminidase-IN-13 inhibits viral proliferation with an IC₅₀ of 0.04 μM^[1].
Neuraminidase-IN-13 has no cytotoxicity to cells, with the CC₅₀ value is greater than 2500 μM^[1].
Neuraminidase-IN-13 inhibits virus binding Vero cells with an IC₅₀ of 4 μM^[1].
Neuraminidase-IN-13 inhibits virus release with an IC₅₀ value of 0.09 μM in Vero cells^[1].
