PD-1/PD-L1-IN-60 is the counterpart of the small-molecule immuno-probe [18F] LG‑8, and the two together enable integrated immuno-diagnosis and therapy. PD-1/PD-L1-IN-60 exhibits potent anti-tumor activity in mouse models of melanoma and lung cancer with high PD‑L1 uptake. PD-1/PD-L1-IN-60 can be used for relevant research on melanoma and lung cancer[1].

In Vivo

PD-1/PD-L1-IN-60 (LG-8) (2 mg/kg; i.p.; administered every other day; total 7 doses) exhibits potent anti-tumor activity in the B16−F10 melanoma mice model[1].
PD-1/PD-L1-IN-60 (2 mg/kg; i.p.; administered once every other day for a total of 4 doses) exhibits significant anti-tumor efficacy in a Cisplatin (HY-17394)-induced PD-L1-overexpressing LLC lung cancer mice model[1].

Caused a slight increase in body weight with no significant difference from controls.
