PD-1/PD-L1-IN-60 (LG-8) (2 mg/kg; i.p.; administered every other day; total 7 doses) exhibits potent anti-tumor activity in the B16−F10 melanoma mice model^[1].
PD-1/PD-L1-IN-60 (2 mg/kg; i.p.; administered once every other day for a total of 4 doses) exhibits significant anti-tumor efficacy in a Cisplatin (HY-17394)-induced PD-L1-overexpressing LLC lung cancer mice model^[1].
