In Vitro

Poloxamer 122 L42 (25°C) exhibits anomalous hydrodynamic radius and intrinsic viscosity in aqueous solution, which may result from the formation of large spherical aggregates near its cloud point at 32°C or the presence of optical inhomogeneity artifacts[2].
