(Rac)-Ophiopogonanone B (2.5-100 μg/mL; 48 h) exhibits cytotoxic activity against Hela cells with an IC50 of 14.0 μg/mL but does not show cytotoxic activity against SMMC-7721 cells (IC50 > 100 μg/mL)[1].
