Biological Activity

Description

ATG4A Protein, Human (His) is a recombinant human Autophagy Related 4 Homolog A (ATG4A) expressed in E. coli with a His tag. ATG4A, a member of a family of cysteine proteinases, is a autophagy-regulating protease[1].

Background

Human Atg4A/autophagin 2 also cleaves the C-terminus of GATE-16[1].

Verified Bioactivity

The enzyme activity of this recombinant protein is testing in progress, we cannot offer a guarantee yet.
