Bax Protein, Human (His)

Bax Protein, Human (His) suppresses tumorigenesis and stimulates apoptosis. BCL2L4 (BAX) is the proapoptotic members of the Bcl-2 family that are ubiquitously expressed in different tissues^[1][2][3].

BCL2L4 (BAX) is “multidomain” proapoptotic protein that initiate mitochondrial dysfunction but also localize to the endoplasmic reticulum (ER)^[2].

Stored at -20°C for 2 years from date of receipt. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
