C1s/Complement component C1s Protein, Human (HEK293, His)
Based on 1 Customer Validation
C1s/Complement component C1s, a serine protease and B chain, forms C1 with C1q and C1r, initiating the classical complement pathway. Activated by C1r, C1s then activates downstream components C2 and C4, crucially driving the complement system cascade. C1s/Complement component C1s Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived C1s/Complement component C1s protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
- Species: Human
- Source: HEK293

Storage:Stored at -20°C for 2 years from date of receipt. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
Biological Activity
C1s/Complement component C1s, a serine protease and B chain, forms C1 with C1q and C1r, initiating the classical complement pathway. Activated by C1r, C1s then activates downstream components C2 and C4, crucially driving the complement system cascade. C1s/Complement component C1s Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived C1s/Complement component C1s protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
C1s, a serine protease, constitutes the B chain that, in conjunction with C1q and C1r, assembles to create C1, the initial component in the classical pathway of the complement system. Activation of C1s is facilitated by C1r, enabling it to subsequently activate downstream components C2 and C4, thereby initiating the cascade of events essential for complement system function.
1.Immobilized Human Complement C1s, His Tag at 0.5μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-C1S Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 2.9-5.0 ng/mL determined by ELISA.
2. Loaded Claseprubart (HY-P991127) on ProA biosensor, can bind C1s/Complement C1s Protein, Human (HEK293, His) with an affinity constant of 3.648E-09 M as determined in BLI assay.
