Verified Bioactivity

Measured by its ability to cleave the fluorogenic peptide substrate 40 µM Z-LR-AMC(HY-142021). That incubate at room temperaturein kinetic mode for 5 minutes. Read at excitation and emission wavelengths of 380 nm and 460 nm. The specific activity is >2500 pmol/min/µg, as measured under the described conditions. (Activation description: The protein needs to be activated by Activation Buffer for an activated form.)
