Biological Activity

Verified Bioactivity

1.Immobilized Human CD38 at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Anti-CD38 (HY-P9976) with a linear range of 0.1371 ng/mL.
2.Isatuximab (anti-CD38) (HY-P9976) captured on Protein A chip can bind Human CD38 with an affinity constant of 1.83 nM as determined in a SPR assay.
3.Daratumumab (HY-P9915) captured on Protein A chip can bind Human CD38 with an affinity constant of 30.5 nM as determined in a SPR assay.
