CDC37 Protein, Mouse (sf9)
The CDC37 protein is a co-chaperone that binds to kinases and promotes their interaction with Hsp90 complexes, thereby stabilizing and activating them. It inhibits the ATPase activity of HSP90AA1. CDC37 Protein, Mouse (sf9) is the recombinant mouse-derived CDC37 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells, with tag free.

Biological Activity
The CDC37 protein is a co-chaperone that binds to kinases and promotes their interaction with Hsp90 complexes, thereby stabilizing and activating them. It inhibits the ATPase activity of HSP90AA1. CDC37 Protein, Mouse (sf9) is the recombinant mouse-derived CDC37 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells, with tag free.
CDC37 protein is a co-chaperone that binds to various kinases and facilitates their interaction with the Hsp90 complex, leading to the stabilization and activation of these kinases. It inhibits the ATPase activity of HSP90AA1. It is likely to form a complex consisting of chaperones HSP90 and HSP70, co-chaperones STIP1/HOP, CDC37, PPP5C, PTGES3/p23, TSC1, and client protein TSC2. This complex may also include CDK4, AKT, RAF1, and NR3C1, but does not contain STIP1/HOP and PTGES3/p23. CDC37 forms a separate complex with Hsp90/HSP90AB1 and CDK6. It interacts with several proteins including HSP90AA1, AR, CDK4, CDK6, EIF2AK1, RB1, KSR1, FLCN, FNIP1, and FNIP2.

It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH2O. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose).
Stored at -20°C for 2 years from date of receipt. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
Room temperature in continental US; may vary elsewhere.
