HER2/CD340 Protein, Cynomolgus (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi)

Erb-b2 receptor tyrosine kinase 2 is a member of EGFR family. Erb-b2 receptor tyrosine kinase 2 is over-expressed in the tumors of many types of cancers. Erb-b2 receptor tyrosine kinase 2 enables ATP binding and transmembrane receptor protein tyrosine kinase activity. HER2/CD340 Protein, Cynomolgus (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived HER2/CD340 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-Avi, C-His labeled tag. The total length of HER2/CD340 Protein, Cynomolgus (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi) is 630 a.a., with molecular weight of 90-105 kDa.

Erb-b2 receptor tyrosine kinase 2 enables ATP binding and transmembrane receptor protein tyrosine kinase activity. Erb-b2 receptor tyrosine kinase 2 is involved in multicellular organism development, neuron differentiation, positive regulation of MAPK cascade, positive regulation of cell population proliferation, positive regulation of kinase activity, protein phosphorylation and transmembrane receptor protein tyrosine kinase signaling pathway. Erb-b2 receptor tyrosine kinase 2 is located in basal plasma membrane^[1][2][3].

2.Immobilized Trastuzumab at 3 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Cynomolgus Her2 His-Avi with a linear range of 0.3-20 ng/mL.

Lyophilized a 0.22 μm filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH₂O. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose).

Stored at -20°C for 2 years from date of receipt. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
