Verified Bioactivity
Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of PMA-stimulated jurkatcells. When 5x104 cells/well are added to rhICAM-3/Fc Chimera coated plates (12.5 µg/mL with 100 µL/well) in the presence of 20 ng/mL PMA, approximately 64.39% will adhere after 1 hourat 37°C.
