Background
Immunoglobulin superfamily member 11 is an immunoglobulin superfamily member that is preferentially expressed in brain and testis. Immunoglobulin superfamily member 11 shares significant homology with coxsackievirus and adenovirus receptor and endothelial cell-selective adhesion molecule. Immunoglobulin superfamily member 11 enables ionotropic glutamate receptor binding and is involved in homophilic cell adhesion via plasma membrane adhesion molecules[1][2][3][4].
Verified Bioactivity
Immobilized Human VISTA/B7-H5 (HY-P77879) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human IGSF11. The ED50 for this effect is 0.2549 μg/mL.
