Verified Bioactivity
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Rat Pentraxin 2 at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on the plate can bind Biotinylated Human CD32a (HY-P70711). The ED50 for this effect is 2.336 μg/mL.
