2. Immobilized  Human CD32a at 10 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Human IgG1  protein. The ED₅₀ for this effect is 3.612 μg/mL, corresponding to a specific  activity is 2.77×10² Unit/mg.
