Pepsinogen A4/PGA4 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived Pepsinogen A4/PGA4 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

Pepsinogen A4/PGA4 protein exhibits a notably broad substrate specificity, with a preference for cleaving bonds involving phenylalanine and leucine. Despite this preference, it demonstrates the ability to cleave many other types of bonds to varying extents.

Measured by its ability to cleave the fluorogenic peptide substrate, Mca-RPKPVE-Nval-WRK(Dnp)-NH2. The specific activity is 69099.036 pmol/min/μg that incubate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
