Description

PSG3 Protein, part of the PSBG family, is abundantly produced during pregnancy, with heightened expression and secretion crucial to its unique role in the physiological context of pregnancy. PSG3 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived PSG3 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.

Background

PSG3 protein, a member of the pregnancy-specific beta-1-glycoprotein (PSBG) family, is abundantly produced during pregnancy. Its expression and secretion are notably heightened, reflecting its crucial role in the unique physiological context of pregnancy.

Product Properties

Appearance

Lyophilized powder.

Formulation

1.Lyophilized from a 0.22 μm filtered solution of 20 mM PB, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.4.
2.Lyophilized from a 0.22 μm filtered solution of 20 mM Citrate, 6% trehalose, 4% mannitol, 50 mM NaCl, 0.05% Tween 80, pH 4.5.
Please refer to the lot-specific COA for specific buffer information.

Endotoxin Level

<1 EU/μg, determined by LAL method.

Reconstitution

It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH2O. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose).

Storage & Stability

Stored at -20°C for 2 years from date of receipt. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.

Shipping

Room temperature in continental US; may vary elsewhere.
