Biological Activity
Description
TAG-72 Protein, Canine (His) is the recombinant canine-derived TAG-72 protein, expressed by E. coli, with C-His tag.
Background
TAG-72 is the catalytic subunit of the mRNA-capping methyltransferase RNMT:RAMAC complex, which methylates the N7 position of the guanosine added to the 5'-cap structure of mRNAs. It binds RNA containing a 5'-terminal GpppC.
