TL1A/TNFSF15 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His)
Based on 1 Customer Validation
The TL1A/TNFSF15 protein is a receptor for TNFRSF25 and TNFRSF6B and is critical for activation of NF-kappa-B signaling. It promotes apoptotic caspase activation and exhibits anti-angiogenic properties, inhibiting vascular endothelial growth and angiogenesis in vitro. TL1A/TNFSF15, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived TL1A/TNFSF15 protein, expressed by HEK293, with C-His labeled tag.
- Species: Mouse
- Source: HEK293

Background
The TL1A/TNFSF15 protein serves as the receptor for TNFRSF25 and TNFRSF6B, playing a crucial role in mediating the activation of NF-kappa-B signaling. Beyond its involvement in apoptosis by promoting the activation of caspases, TL1A/TNFSF15 exhibits anti-angiogenic properties, inhibiting vascular endothelial growth and angiogenesis in vitro. Furthermore, the protein contributes to splenocyte alloactivation, underscoring its significance in immune responses. TL1A/TNFSF15 functions as a homotrimer, reflecting its structural arrangement in these cellular processes.
Verified Bioactivity
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human DcR3, Fc Tag at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Mouse TL1A , His Tag with the EC50 of 0.5-50 ng/mL.

Product Properties
Lyophilized powder
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution of PBS, 0.2 M Arginine, pH7.4 with 10% trehalose as protectant.
<1 EU/μg, determined by LAL method.
It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH2O. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose).
Stored at -20°C for 2 years from date of receipt. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
Room temperature in continental US; may vary elsewhere.
