Retinestatin (10 μM; pretreated for 24 h) significantly attenuates MPP⁺ (2 mM; 24 h)-induced cytotoxicity in SH-SY5Y dopaminergic neurons^[1].
Retinestatin (10 μM; pretreated for 24 h) rescues the downregulated Bcl-xL and upregulated Bak expression induced by MPP⁺^[1].
