In Vitro

(S)-2-Amino-4,4,4-trifluorobutanoic acid (Compound I-4) (25 μM) does not act as a leucine mimetic or antagonist, showing a percentage activity relative to leucine between -40% and 40% in the Sestrin2-GATOR2 binding modulation assay[1].
