Biological Activity
SARS-CoV-2 3CLpro-IN-37 (Compound 18f) inhibits viral replication in HEK293T-AT cells with an EC50 of 0.0081 μM and shows no cytotoxicity at concentrations above 5 μM[1].
SARS-CoV-2 3CLpro-IN-37 shows excellent metabolic stability, with 87.5% remaining in human liver microsomes and 90.1% remaining in rat liver microsomes, and has a fraction unbound of 25.9% in human serum and 29.4% in rat serum[1].
