Cat. No.: HY-112624B
CAS No.: 9004-54-0
Synonyms: Dextran 70; Dextran D70; Dextran T70(MW 64000-76000)
Dextran 70,000 is a high molecular weight polysaccharide formed by glucose linked by α-(1→6) glycosidic bonds. Dextran 70,000 can expand blood volume through colloidal osmotic pressure effect and inhibit cell adhesion and platelet aggregation through steric hindrance. At the same time, Dextran 70,000 can be used as a drug carrier to achieve targeted delivery through endocytosis. Dextran 70,000 is biologically inert and has low immunogenicity. It can be used for clinical blood volume expansion, anti-thrombotic research, and evaluation of vascular permeability in in vitro experiments. It can also be combined with fluorescent dyes for cell tracking and drug delivery research. The Dextran series of compounds are also natural polysaccharide drug carriers that can be connected to drugs through covalent bonding methods such as ester bonds, amide bonds or click chemistry, or self-assembled to form carriers such as nanoparticles and hydrogels. Dextran is biodegradable and biocompatible, and can achieve targeted delivery and controlled release of drugs. Dextran derivatives can prolong the half-life of drugs, increase local concentrations, and reduce the activity of immune clearance.

Synonyms: Dextran 2; Dextran D2; Dextran T2(MW 1600-2400)
Dextran T2 (Dextran 2; Dextran T2(MW 1600-2400)) is a natural high molecular weight polysaccharide, the glycosidic bonds in its structure can be recognized by endo-dextranase and exo-dextranase. Dextran T2 (MW 2,000) breaks the glycosidic bonds in the enzymatic hydrolysis mechanism, releasing products such as D-glucose, Isomaltose (IM2), and Isomaltotriose (IM3). Dextran T2 (MW 2,000) can be used as a model substrate to characterize the catalytic properties of dextranase (such as optimal pH, temperature and product specificity), and to study enzymatic mechanism research and polysaccharide degradation pathways in glycobiology. The Dextran series of compounds are also a natural polysaccharide drug carrier, which can be connected to drugs through covalent bonding methods such as ester bonds, amide bonds or click chemistry, or self-assembled to form carriers such as nanoparticles and hydrogels. Dextran is biodegradable and biocompatible, and can achieve targeted delivery and controlled release of drugs. Dextran derivatives can prolong drug half-life, increase local concentration and reduce immune clearance activity .

Synonyms: 8,11,14-Icosatriynoic acid
8,11,14-Eicosatriynoic Acid, as an inhibitor of prostaglandin, leukotriene biosynthesis, and arachidonic acid-induced platelet aggregation, blocks human 12-lipoxygenase (12-LO), cyclooxygenase (COX)and 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO) with IC50 values of 0.46 μM, 14 μMand 25 μM, respectively. In addition, 8,11,14-Eicosatriynoic Acid inhibits the action of slow-reacting substances of allergic reactions, with IC50 value of 10 μM. Lipoxygenase is widely found in fungi, plants and animals. 12-LO involves in many important disease states and may play a role in oxidative glutamate toxicity. COX enzymes play complex roles in human physiology and pathology involving the neuronal, immune, renal, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal and reproductive systems. COX enzymes are blocked by aspirin and a variety of other NSAIDs, which makes them clinically important. 5-LO involves in cancer pathology. It is expressed by a variety of cancer cells, including colon, lung, breast, and prostate cancers, and promotes cancer cell growth and neovascularization . 8,11,14-Eicosatriynoic acid is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.

Macrocyclic scaffolds are increasingly valued in modern drug discovery for their exceptional activity against undruggable targets (proteases, kinases, PPIs). 2026 marks a key commercial breakthrough for oral macrocyclic peptides: enlicitide, the world’s first oral PCSK9 macrocyclic peptide, has received FDA approval. Macrocyclic candidates targeting KRAS and other classic undruggable targets have also entered clinical development, validating macrocyclization as an effective strategy to overcome druggability barriers.

Two core R&D directions lead current macrocyclic drug design: AI-driven de novo generation and structural optimization of small-molecule macrocycles, and macrocyclic peptides based on sequence design and conformational engineering. Macrocycle druggability hinges on embedded linkers, which determine cyclization efficiency, final conformation and drug-like properties. Bifunctional reaction orthogonality is the core linker selection criterion. Our linker library enables stepwise intramolecular cyclization with suppressed side reactions, accommodates varied ring sizes, and covers three key reaction systems: amide condensation, nucleophilic substitution and CuAAC click chemistry.

Built on classical macrocyclization systems, the library is processed through reaction classification, bifunctional orthogonality evaluation, novelty clustering and redundancy removal, with PROTAC long-chain and ADC cleavable linkers explicitly excluded. Featuring rigid, semi-rigid and flexible scaffolds, it is widely applicable to small-molecule macrocycle synthesis and linear peptide cyclization.

KT195 is a serine hydrolase inhibitor that targets ABHD6 (IC50 = 10 nM) and ABHD2, with no significant activity against DAGLβ. KT195 inhibits endoplasmic reticulum calcium release and mitochondrial calcium uptake by targeting ABHD2, thereby blocking A23187 (HY-N6687) and H2O2-induced necrotic cell death and apoptosis. By inhibiting ABHD6 activity, KT195 significantly induces 2-AG accumulation in Neuro2A cells and reduces IL-1β secretion in lipopolysaccharide-treated macrophages. KT195 has been used as a negative control probe for DAGLβ and can be applied in studies of ABHD6 and ABHD2 in calcium signaling, lipid metabolism, neuronal function, and inflammatory .
