RhoNox-4 is a ferroptosis inhibitor and a fluorescence activation indicator specific to Fe 2+. RhoNox-4 selectively reacts with labile Fe 2+ and oxidizes it to Fe 3+, depleting labile Fe 2+ involved in lipid peroxidation and inhibiting ferroptosis induced by ferroptosis inducers. RhoNox-4 is cell-permeable, accumulates in the endoplasmic reticulum and/or Golgi apparatus, can be used for live-cell imaging and high-throughput screening of subcellular iron status regulators, and is applicable to iron biology research .

TPP2a bromide is a thioredoxin reductase (TrxR) inhibitor with an IC50 value of 1.16 μM, and also acts as a TrxR-specific fluorescent probe with environment-sensitive fluorescence. TPP2a bromide selectively forms covalent interactions with subcellular mitochondrial TrxR, thereby modifying its Sec498 residue. TPP2a bromide can increase the level of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in cells and induce mitochondrial apoptosis in cancer cells. TPP2a bromide exhibits enhanced cytotoxicity against cancer cell lines. TPP2a bromide can be used in research related to cervical cancer, lung cancer, etc .

KBJK557 is a Plk1 PBD inhibitor with a human-derived IC50 value of 3.05 μM. KBJK577 binds to Plk1 PBD through electrostatic interactions, π-π stacking, hydrogen bonds, salt bridges and hydrophobic interactions, thereby disrupting the subcellular localization and function of Plk1. KBJK557 induces mitotic arrest, S-phase delay, G2/M-phase arrest and apoptosis, and inhibits cancer cell proliferation. KBJK557 can be used in research related to cancer and non-small cell lung cancer .

HMBI is a fluorescent probe that enables dual-color visualization of both the nucleus and mitochondria and monitors apoptosis. HMBI emits green fluorescence in the nucleus with Ex/Em=405/510-560 nm, and red fluorescence in mitochondria with Ex/Em=543/560-660 nm. The localization and emission properties of HMBI depend on subcellular pH and mitochondrial membrane potential. HMBI can serve as a feed additive for in vitro rumen fermentation; it is partially degraded, absorbed or converted into HMB by microorganisms in the system, so as to support microbial protein synthesis, alter the concentration of rumen metabolites and adjust the composition of bacterial communities .

Di-4-AN (F) EPPTEA is a voltage-sensitive dye used for membrane potential imaging and optical recording of electrical activity in excitable cells and tissues. Its detection mechanism is based on electrochromism (also known as the molecular Stark effect). The single-photon excitation/emission wavelengths measured in ethanol solution are Ex/Em = 444/610 nm, and it can be excited via 1064 nm two-photon excitation in optical recording applications. Di-4-AN (F) EPPTEA can be used to record backpropagating action potentials in individual dendritic spines of brain cortical slices, map subcellular action potential characteristics of single cardiomyocytes, and perform real-time recording of multicellular action potentials in cerebellar slices .

Anti-Human/Mouse LY6E Antibody (9B12) is a high-affinity, multi-target antibody that binds specifically to LY6E. Anti-Human/Mouse LY6E Antibody (9B12) binds specifically to cell-surface LY6E and enters lysosomes via lipid raft-dependent endocytosis, thereby effectively inhibiting the growth of various LY6E-expressing solid tumors (such as breast cancer and lung cancer) in both in vitro and in vivo models. Anti-Human/Mouse LY6E Antibody (9B12) exerts a dual mechanism of action: on one hand, it blocks the interaction between PILRα and CD8α, specifically reduces the survival rate of peripheral CD8 + T cells and induces their activation, breaking the state of cellular quiescence; on the other hand, it recognizes and immunoprecipitates IDE under both non-denaturing and denaturing conditions, which is applicable to studies on the subcellular localization and protein interactions of IDE. The regulatory effect of Anti-Human/Mouse LY6E Antibody (9B12) on CD8 + T cells strictly depends on the presence of PILRα, and it does not affect CD4 + T cells or T cell development in the thymus, exhibiting high specificity .
