Sodium hexadecyl sulfate is a long-chain anionic surfactant. Sodium hexadecyl sulfate can act as an interface-regulating substance to form a soft layer on the surface of carbon nanotubes, guide proteins to adsorb in the correct orientation with active sites facing outward through electrostatic interactions, and significantly enhance the activity of immobilized enzymes. Sodium hexadecyl sulfate can replace or supplement SDS (HY-Y0316) in capillary gel electrophoresis (CGE) [1] .

Anti-CD20 Antibody (mAb 1.5.3) is a fully human IgG1 anti-CD20 antibody. Anti-CD20 Antibody (mAb 1.5.3) evokes enhanced pro-apoptotic activity in vitro. Anti-CD20 Antibody (mAb 1.5.3) mediated both complement-dependent cytotoxicity and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity. Anti-CD20 Antibody (mAb 1.5.3) demonstrates enhanced anti-tumor activity in various tumor xenograft models. Anti-CD20 Antibody (mAb 1.5.3) produces a superior B-cell depletion profile in lymph node organs and bone marrow in a primate pharmacodynamic model. Anti-CD20 Antibody (mAb 1.5.3) can be studied in research for B-cell maglignancies [1].

Anti-Mouse CXCR6 Antibody (Cx6Mab-1) is a monoclonal antibody targeting mouse CXC chemokine receptor 6 (mCXCR6), with a KD of 1.7 nM against CHO/mCXCR6-overexpressing cells. Anti-Mouse CXCR6 Antibody (Cx6Mab-1) binds to the N-terminal domain epitope of mCXCR6 containing Ser8, Ala9, Leu10, Tyr11, Gly13 and His14, and interacts with both overexpressed and endogenous forms of the receptor. Anti-Mouse CXCR6 Antibody (Cx6Mab-1) can be used in studies related to mouse lymphoma [1] .

Anti-Mouse CXCR4 Antibody is a monoclonal antibody that specifically recognizes murine CXCR4 (C-X-C chemokine receptor 4), also known as fusin or CD184. CXCR4 is a seven-transmembrane G protein–coupled receptor whose principal endogenous ligand is CXCL12 (stromal cell–derived factor-1α, SDF-1α) and is widely expressed in hematopoietic cells, endothelial cells, neurons, as well as embryonic and adult stem cells. The CXCR4–CXCL12 signaling axis activates multiple downstream pathways, including ERK1/2, Ras, p38 MAPK, PLC/MAPK, and SAPK/JNK, thereby regulating cell survival, proliferation, migration, and stemness maintenance. Aberrant overexpression of CXCR4 is closely associated with poor prognosis and metastasis in various cancers, with CXCR4-positive tumor cells preferentially home to CXCL12-rich tissues such as the liver, bone marrow, lung, and lymph nodes. Accordingly, CXCR4 and its CXCL12-related antagonists emerge as attractive targets for experimental anticancer therapy. Anti-Mouse CXCR4 Antibody is generated using a cell-based immunization and screening strategy and exhibits high affinity for both endogenous and exogenous murine CXCR4. Anti-Mouse CXCR4 Antibody can be used for thestudy of chronic lymphocytic leukemia and multiple myeloma [1].
