Anti-Mouse CXCR6 Antibody (Cx6Mab-1) is a monoclonal antibody targeting mouse CXC chemokine receptor 6 (mCXCR6), with a KD of 1.7 nM against CHO/mCXCR6-overexpressing cells. Anti-Mouse CXCR6 Antibody (Cx6Mab-1) binds to the N-terminal domain epitope of mCXCR6 containing Ser8, Ala9, Leu10, Tyr11, Gly13 and His14, and interacts with both overexpressed and endogenous forms of the receptor. Anti-Mouse CXCR6 Antibody (Cx6Mab-1) can be used in studies related to mouse lymphoma.

In Vitro
Anti-Mouse CXCR6 Antibody (Cx6Mab-1) (1 μg/mL; 30 min) binds to an epitope on the N-terminal domain of mCXCR6 that includes Ser8, Ala9, Leu10, Tyr11, Gly13, and His14, which is confirmed by its loss of binding ability to specific double-residue alanine/glycine-mutated mCXCR6 peptides in ELISA assays[1].
Anti-Mouse CXCR6 Antibody (Cx6Mab-1) (0.01-10 μg/mL; 30 min) binds specifically to mCXCR6 on CHO/mCXCR6 cells with high affinity (KD = 1.7 × 10-9 M), shows moderate affinity for P388 cells and J774-1 cells (with KD values of 0.34 μM and 0.38 μM, respectively), and does not bind to parental CHO-K1 cells[2].
Anti-Mouse CXCR6 Antibody (Cx6Mab-1) (10 μg/mL) specifically detects exogenous mCXCR6 in CHO/mCXCR6 cells and endogenous mCXCR6 in P388 and J774-1 cells via Western blot analysis, identifying a major band of approximately 40 kDa and multiple higher-molecular-weight bands[2].
