Steroid sulfatase-IN-4 

Steroid sulfatase-IN-4 (Compound 16) is an irreversible steroid sulfatase (STS) inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 25 nM against human STS. Steroid sulfatase-IN-4 can be used for the research of endometriosis^[1].

IC₅₀: 25 nM (hSTS in cellular assays)^[1]

Steroid sulfatase-IN-4 (Compound 16) shows good metabolic stability in human hepatic S9 fraction and low intrinsic clearance Clint (<30 μL/min/mg protein)^[1].
Steroid sulfatase-IN-4 (20 μM; 24 h) shows cytotoxicity for HEK-293 cells (53.6% inhibition)^[1].
Steroid sulfatase-IN-4 (1 μM) shows 25% inhibition against human 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 (17β-HSD1) in a cell-free assay^[1].
