Tubulin-IN-61
Tubulin-IN-61 is a tubulin polymerization inhibitor with an IC50 of ≤7.63 μM. Tubulin-IN-61 induces early apoptosis and triggers significant G2/M phase arrest. Tubulin-IN-61 elevates intracellular ROS levels. Tubulin-IN-61 shows high activity against MCF-7 cells with an IC50 of 5.61 μM. Tubulin-IN-61 can be used for the research of breast cancer.

Biological Activity
Tubulin-IN-61 (compound 14d) shows potent cytotoxic activity on MCF-7, MDA-MB-231, HepG2, and A549 cancer cell lines with IC50 values of 5.61 μM, 18.86 μM, 21.78 μM, and 15.34 μM, respectively. Tubulin-IN-61 has high selectivity toward malignant over normal cells[1].
Tubulin-IN-61 (3-12 μM; 48 hours; MCF-7) effectively induce G2/M phase arrest in a dose-dependent manner[1].
Tubulin-IN-61 (3-12 μM; 48 hours; MCF-7) inhibits cell migration using a wound-healing assay on the MCF-7 breast cancer cell line[1].
Tubulin-IN-61 (3-12 μM; 48 hours; MCF-7) induces apoptosis[2].
