1-[3-(Hydroxymethyl)-1H-indol-1-yl]ethanone exhibits no insecticidal activity against Megoura viciae, Caenorhabditis elegans, Myzus persicae, Anthonomus grandis, Ceratitis capitata, Heliothis virescens, Aedes aegypti, or Trialeurodes vaporariorum[1].
1-[3-(Hydroxymethyl)-1H-indol-1-yl]ethanone exhibits no herbicidal activity against Agrostis stolonifera, Poa annua, or Matricaria inodora in pre- or post-emergence tests[1].
