YX-02-030 is a VHL-dependent MDM2 PROTAC degrader with a K_d value of 35 nM; it inhibits the binding of MDM2-p53 and VHL-HIF1α, with corresponding IC₅₀ values of 63 nM and 1350 nM, respectively^[1].
