Magnesium silicate (Activated magnesium silicate) is an orally active compound composed of magnesium oxide (MgO) and silicon dioxide (SiO2). Magnesium silicate can be used in the preparation of food additives, antacids and anti-ulcer agents. Magnesium silicate is also a piezoelectric biomaterial, deodorant, decolorizing agent and antifungal agent.

AN-12-H5 intermediate-1 ((2S,4S)-1-tert-butyl 2-methyl-4-hydroxypiperidine-1,2-dicarboxylate) is an intermediate of the viral inhibitor AN-12-H5 (HY-120900) and can be used to synthesize Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs).

LasR antagonist-2 is a LasR competitive antagonist and quorum sensing inhibitor, with a K_d value of 7.04 μM against LasR of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. LasR antagonist-2 reduces the production of virulence factors including elastase (elastase), pyocyanin (pyocyanin) and rhamnolipid (rhamnolipid). Roridin A acts as an inhibitor of pollen development in Arabidopsis thaliana and nematicide. Roridin A is isolated from the fungus Cylindrocarpon sp. Roridin A delays the flowering time of Arabidopsis thaliana, inhibits pollen development and stem elongation, and blocks plant growth. Roridin A induces larval death of the southern root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne incognita).

Polyhexamethyleneguanidine (PHMGH) hydrochloride is a positively charged polymer with broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity. It exerts its antibacterial effects by binding to the cell membranes of bacteria and fungi, disrupting membrane integrity. Polyhexamethyleneguanidine hydrochloride can be applied in studies related to disinfection, water treatment, pesticides, and other fields^[2]

4-Hydroxybenzoic acid (Standard) is the analytical standard of 4-Hydroxybenzoic acid. Propidium monoazide is a cell-impermeant photoreactive DNA-binding dye that preferentially binds to dsDNA. Propidium monoazide (PMA) prevents DNA from dead bacteria from being amplified during the PCR. PMA-PCR enhanced both the specificity and the sensitivity of PCR. Propidium monoazide is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.

VV261 is an orally active prodrug of 4'-fluorouridine. VV261 inhibits viral RNA-dependent RNA polymerase. VV261 exhibits antiviral activity against CCHFV, SFTSV and LCMV. VV261 can be used in research related to viral infections.

GS-704277 is an alanine metabolite of Remdesivir (HY-104077). GS-704277 is further hydrolyzed to GA-441524 (HY-103586) with antiviral activity. Remdesivir, a nucleoside analogue with effective antiviral activity, is highly effective in the control of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) infection.

Pomotrelvir is a selective, competitive, orally active covalent inhibitor of the SARS-CoV-2 main protease (M^pro), with an IC₅₀ of 24 nM for wild-type SARS-CoV-2 M^pro. Pomotrelvir inhibits viral polyprotein processing, thereby preventing viral replication.
