ALR2/α-Glucosidase-IN-2
ALR2/α-Glucosidase-IN-2 is an inhibitor of α-glucosidase and aldose reductase ALR2. ALR2/α-Glucosidase-IN-2 has a Ki value of 11.68 nM against yeast α-glucosidase and a Ki value of 72.64 nM against ovine ALR2. ALR2/α-Glucosidase-IN-2 inhibits intestinal carbohydrate digestion regulatory enzymes and key enzymes in the polyol pathway. ALR2/α-Glucosidase-IN-2 can be used in diabetes-related research.
