Anti-Mouse CD28 Antibody (D665) (250 μg, i.p., 3 days before isolation of splenic CD4+ cells) prevents graft-versus-host disease in CD4+ cells from C57BL/6 mice transferred BALB/c mice[3].
Anti-Mouse CD28 Antibody (D665) (250 μg, i.p., 3 days before isolation of the T cells from total splenocytes) prolongs survival in T cells transferred BCL lymphoma mice[3].
Anti-Mouse CD28 Antibody (D665) (50 μg/mouse, i.p., 3 days before tMCAO) increases regulatory T cells (Treg) and increases thrombo-inflammation and ischemic neurodegeneration in transient middle cerebral artery occlusion (tMCAO) mice models[4].
