Anti-Mouse CD40L/CD154 Antibody (MR-1) (20 mg/kg, i.p., once daily for 4 days at 1 day before surgery, once a week until the end of the experiment) extends the survival time of human neural stem cells (hNSCs) in 5XFAD transgenic mice[2].
Anti-Mouse CD40L/CD154 Antibody (MR-1) (25 mg/kg, i.p., on day 0, 2, 4 and 7 for initial stage, once weekly for maintenance stage) can temporarily delay the progression of cholangitis in dnTGFβRII mice[3].
