Anti-Mouse DR5/CD262 Antibody (MD5-1) (50 μg, i.p., once every 3 days) can deplete myeloid derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) in BALB/c mice bearing EMT-6 tumors[1].
Anti-Mouse DR5/CD262 Antibody (MD5-1) (50 μg, i.p., once every 3 days, for 3 times) significantly inhibits tumor growth in female 615 mice bearing MFC tumors or C57BL/6 mice bearing MC38 tumors[2].

Animal Model: 5×105 EMT-6 cells injected BALB/c mice[1]
Dosage: 50 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once every 3 days
Result: Reduced the number of MDSCs.
Animal Model: 1×106 MFC cells injected female 615 mice (5-7 weeks) or 5×105 MC38 cells injected female C57BL/6 mice (5-7 weeks)[2]
Dosage: 50 μg, combined with PD-L1 mAb (HY-P99145) (200 μg)
