Anti-Mouse Ly-6G/Ly-6C Antibody (RB6-8C5) (500 μg, i.p., once every 4 days) leads to an increase in tumor volume in female RAG1−/− mice bearing GL26-gal11 tumors[2].

Animal Model:3×103-5.5×103 CFU of Escherichia coli strain K1 injected C57BL/6 mice (2-3 months, 20-30 g)[1]

Dosage:20 μg

Administration:Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), 12 h prior to induction of meningitis and thereafter every 24 h with a total of three injections

Result:Significantly increased the mortality rate of mice and increased the bacterial load in the brain and spleen.
Significantly elevated levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β, IL-6, KC, MIP-2).

Reduced the infiltration of Gr-1+/CD11b+ cells and granzyme B+ natural killer (NK) cells in the tumor microenvironment.
