Anti-Mouse NKG2D/CD314 Antibody (HMG2D) (250 μg, i.p., twice weekly for 6 weeks) prolongs allograft survival and attenuates cardiac allograft vasculopathy grade companied with anti-CTLA-4 in heart allograft mice[2].
Anti-Mouse NKG2D/CD314 Antibody (HMG2D) (150 μg, i.p., twice weekly) hinders the Dacarbazine (HY-B0078) inhibiting effect in tumor growth in B16F10 tumor mice[3].
Anti-Mouse NKG2D/CD314 Antibody (HMG2D) (250 μg, i.p., 3 times weekly for 7 weeks) prevents the development of colitis in CD4+CD45RBhigh T cells transferred SCID mice[4].
