Anti-pan-Glypican Antibody (HS20) is a kind of human IgG1 κ human antibody, targeting to human pan-Glypican. Anti-pan-Glypican Antibody (HS20) can neutralize the heparan sulfate (HS) chains on GPC3 thereby disrupting the Wnt3a-GPC3 interactions leading to blockade of the Wnt3a/β-catenin signaling. Anti-pan-Glypican Antibody (HS20) can be used for the research of cancer, such as hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).

Anti-pan-Glypican Antibody (HS20) specifically recognizes the heparan sulfate (HS) chains on GPC3, also recognizes other glypicans (GPC1, GPC5 and GPC6)[1].
Anti-pan-Glypican Antibody (HS20) (10-50 μg/mL, 2 h) blocks blocks the interaction of Wnt3a and GPC3 and blocks Wnt3a-induced accumulation of active β-catenin in HEK293-SuperTopFlash cells[2].
Anti-pan-Glypican Antibody (HS20) (25-100 μg/mL, 2 h) inhibits Wnt-dependent cell proliferation in Hep3B and Huh-7 cells[2].
