Verification Images

  • Experimental Validation Results for Acetylated-Lysine Antibody (YA3463)
Western blot analysis of extracts from Hela (lane2, 20μg), Hela treated with 0.4μM Trichostatin A for 18 hours (lane3, 20μg) and Hela treated with 1μM Trichostatin A for 18 hours (lane4, 20μg) using Acetylated-Lysine Antibody (HY-P83733). Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/2000) and Loading control antibody (Beta Actin, HY-P80993, 1/10,000) was used in 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (HY-P8001,1/10,000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
  • Experimental Validation Results for Acetylated-Lysine Antibody (YA3463)
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse liver tissue using Acetylated-Lysine Antibody. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 8 minutes. The tissues were blocked in QuickBlock for 20 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody at 1/100 dilution in 4℃ overnight. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. Tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.

Background

  • Function

Acetylated-Lysine is an Acetylated-Lysine refers to a lysine amino acid residue that has been modified by the addition of an acetyl group. This acetylation process is a type of post-translational modification that can significantly alter a protein's structure, function, and interactions. Acetylation of lysine residues is a reversible process, and it plays a crucial role in regulating various cellular processes.

  • Expression

Positive sample: HeLa cell lysate, HeLa treated with 1μM TSA for 18 hours cell lysate, NIH/3T3 cell lysate, NIH/3T3 treated with 400nM TSA for 18 hours cell lysate, C6 cell lysate
