  • Western blot analysis was performed on extracts from Jurkat (lane 1, 15 μg), U937 (lane 2, 15 μg), U-87MG (lane 3, 15 μg), U251MG (lane 4, 15 μg), C6 (lane 5, 15 μg), and Mouse brain (lane 6, 15 μg) using Glyt2 Rabbit mAb. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non - fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. The primary antibody (1:1000 dilution) and the loading control antibody (beta-Tubulin(HRP), HY-P80955A, 1:5000 dilution) was incubated in 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 1 hour at 37°C. Goat Anti - Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody (1:20000 dilution) was then applied for 40 minutes at 37°C.

  • Western blot analysis of extracts from Jurkat (lane 2(20μg), C6(lane 3(20μg), SH-SY5Y(lane 4(20μg) and U937(lane 5(20μg) using GlyT2 Antibody (HY-P83191). Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/1000)and Loading control antibody (Beta Actin, HY-P80993, 1/10000) was used in 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1/10000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Function：Sodium- and chloride-dependent glycine transporter (PubMed:10381548, PubMed:10606742, PubMed:16751771, PubMed:31370103, PubMed:9845349). Terminates the action of glycine by its high affinity sodium-dependent reuptake into presynaptic terminals (PubMed:9845349). May be responsible for the termination of neurotransmission at strychnine-sensitive glycinergic synapses (PubMed:9845349); Lacks sodium- and chloride-dependent glycine transporter activity; Lacks sodium- and chloride-dependent glycine transporter activity
