Verification Image

Western blot analysis of extracts from Neuro-2a (lane 2(20μg), A549 (lane 3(20μg), HL-60 (lane 4(20μg), U87 (lane 5(20μg) using RASA1 Antibody. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% BSA in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/1000)and Loading control antibody (Beta Actin, HY-P80438, 1/3000) was used in 5% BSA in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse/Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (HY-P8004/HY-P8001, 1/10,000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

Function：Inhibitory regulator of the Ras-cyclic AMP pathway. Stimulates the GTPase of normal but not oncogenic Ras p21; this stimulation may be further increased in the presence of NCK1

Expression：
Tissue_specificity:In placental villi, detected only in the trophoblast layer (cytotrophoblast and syncytiotrophoblast) . Not detected in stromal, endothelial or Hofbauer cells (at protein level)

Subunit：Interacts with SQSTM1. Interacts with SPSB1; the interaction does not promote degradation. Interacts with CAV2 (tyrosine phosphorylated form). Directly interacts with NCK1. Interacts with PDGFRB (tyrosine phosphorylated). Interacts (via SH2 domain) with the 'Tyr-9' phosphorylated form of PDPK1. Interacts with tyrosine-phosphorylated EPHB4 (PubMed:8955277)
