ATG5/TECAIR-IN-1 is a ATG5-TECAIR interaction inhibitor with an IC50 of 20.79 μM. ATG5/TECAIR-IN-1 inhibits autophagy. TG5/TECAIR-IN-1 is applicable to research on modulating protein-protein interactions to intervene in autophagy-related diseases, such as infectious diseases and cancers[1].

In Vitro

ATG5/TECAIR-IN-1 (Compound 12e) inhibits the ATG5-TECAIR interaction with an IC50 of 20.79 μM, but does not inhibit the ATG5-ATG16L1 interaction in in vitro HTRF binding assays[1].
ATG5/TECAIR-IN-1 (20 μM; 6 h) inhibits autophagy in COS-7 cells[1].
