ATG5/TECAIR-IN-1 (Compound 12e) inhibits the ATG5-TECAIR interaction with an IC₅₀ of 20.79 μM, but does not inhibit the ATG5-ATG16L1 interaction in in vitro HTRF binding assays^[1].
ATG5/TECAIR-IN-1 (20 μM; 6 h) inhibits autophagy in COS-7 cells^[1].
