ATG5/TECAIR-IN-2 (compound 17f) does not exhibit obvious inhibitory activity against the ATG5-ATG16L1 protein-protein interaction, and shows no meaningful inhibitory activity against the ATG5-TECAIR protein-protein interaction with an IC₅₀ greater than 33 μM^[1].
ATG5/TECAIR-IN-2 (20 μM; 6 h) inhibits autophagy in COS-7 cells, resulting in an autophagy incidence of 8.30%^[1].
