AY 17605 (preincubation 5 min; PDE reaction 1 min) is a potent non-competitive inhibitor of purified bovine heart nucleoside-3':5'-monophosphate phosphodiesterase, with an IC₅₀ of 44 μM^[1].
AY 17605 (0.1 μM; 5 min preincubation, 1.5 min PDE reaction) exhibits only weak inhibitory activity against purified rat brain nucleoside-3':5'-monophosphate phosphodiesterase^[1].
AY 17605 is a non-competitive inhibitor of bovine heart nucleoside-3':5'-monophosphate phosphodiesterase, with an IC₅₀ of 44 μM and a K_i of 0.064 μM^[2].
AY 17605 (0.1 μM) exhibits only moderate inhibitory activity against rat brain nucleoside-3':5'-monophosphate phosphodiesterase, producing 24% inhibition^[2].
