Description

Antiproliferative agent-77 is an anticancer cell proliferation agent that exerts significant antiproliferative effects on HCT116, HepG2, H1299 and MCF-7^[1].

In Vitro

Antiproliferative agent-77 (Positive control L029) (3.125-100 μM; 2 days) potently inhibits the proliferation of HCT116, HepG2, H1299 and MCF-7 cells, with IC₅₀ values of 14.25 μM, 22.05 μM, 13.69 μM and 28.21 μM, respectively^[1].

HCT116 (human colon cancer), HepG2 (human liver cancer), H1299 (human lung adenocarcinoma), MCF-7 (human breast cancer)

Incubation Time:

2 days (drug incubation); 1 day (pre-culture); 2 hours (MTS incubation)
