(+)-JJ-74-138, a novel non-competitive androgen receptor (AR) antagonist, is capable of inhibiting Enzalutamide-resistant CRPC^[1].

In Vitro

(+)-JJ-74-138 is a potent analog of JJ-450 for the inhibition of androgen-independent AR activation in cell lines expressing AR splice variants lacking the LBD^[1].
(+)-JJ-74-138 inhibits mRNA expression of AR and ARv7 target genes and reduced AR level in the nucleus in the absence of androgens^[1].
